- Negativa: I'm not working · They aren't coming

- there is + singular o incontable · there are + plural: There's a park. There are two shops.
Cuándo se usa
- Lo que pasa ahora mismo o estos días: I'm working from home this week
- Frente al presente simple (hábito): I usually walk, but today I'm taking the bus
